Marius du Toit

Marius du Toit is an accomplished .Net and SQL Server consultant with 20 years of industry experience and has worked extensively on the Microsoft products ranging from Windows, Visual Studio, C#, ASP.Net, mobile development, .Net platform and SQL Server.

Marius has very strong analysis, design and development skills in a wide variety of industry environments with a recent emphasis on aspect programming, remoting/ WCF, windows services, sockets communication and mobile platforms. This is matched with extensive experience in e-commerce, relational databases, web services/remoting, web applications and windows programming technologies. His project coordination and mentoring skills complement his technical expertise to produce a strong project lead, senior analyst and database architect.

Marius holds certification in MCSD.NET and MCDBA and as an application architect, he shows tremendous insight into new technologies and how best to apply these in order to contribute to an overall enterprise solution.


Mark Henrikson

Mark Henrikson has over 10 years of experience in software development and database administration, primarily focused on Microsoft technologies. His knowledge of SQL Server includes expertise in database design, SQL and T-SQL programming, backup/recovery, and performance tuning. Additionally he is trained and skilled with Oracle and Sybase, making him an asset on many database projects. As a software engineer, Mark has designed and developed a wide range of solutions including backend utilities, web applications, windows services, and mobile applications. He is accomplished in the .Net platform including ASP.Net and C#.

Mark has worked in many different business sectors over his career including federal government, non-profit, financial, and telecommunications.

Mark obtained a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems at Christopher Newport University. His passions are music, surfing and spending time with his family.


Esteban Garcia

Esteban Garcia brings more than 10 years experience in professional software development. Experienced in all phases of distributed object oriented enterprise application development and design on the Windows platform, for the past 6 years he has focused on the .NET Framework. He has been involved with different industries such as mobile technologies, financial services, telecommunications, health care, and developer tools.

Esteban excels in architecture and best practices and is able to provide you with expert advice on SDLC customization and build automation. He holds certifications on MCSD.NET, IEEE Certified Software Engineer, and Scrum Master.

An Orlando resident, Esteban holds a bachelor of science in Computer Engineering with an emphasis in software design from the University of Central Florida.

In his off time, Esteban enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, and rooting for the UCF athletics teams.


Mikey Cooper

Mikey Cooper is a developer and database administrator with over 10 years of industry experience in creating, deploying, and maintaining enterprise systems. He has worked extensively with SQL Server, with a strong focus on performance tuning, high-availability, T-SQL development, and CRM/ERP migrations. He has also developed numerous applications in .NET for clients implementing new systems or needing better ways to manage existing ones.

Mikey is also experienced with source control and build automation using Team System, domain and system administration of Windows servers, and has developed applications for Linux using GTK+ and Mono's .NET platform.

He currently holds certifications in MCSE and MCDBA.
